As for your suggestions — I agree that we had a communication issue with the manager, and there are things we will improve as well from our side.
We promise the next contest will be better.

Thank you for all your effort and thought. However, I was also wrong. The brand we promote has nothing to do with the case. We were simply misinformed. I don't blame the brand in this case, and I hope Dragonslots will have a better and more deserving manager than I did.
