That's not what I see at all. I see Holydarkness taking considerable time to help as many different players from as many different casinos as possible. He is not an official representative for any casino. I don't know if he gets paid outside his sig campaign, but that's not really relevant, because he is out there actually trying, and he has indeed been able to help dozens of people reach a resolution with casinos in the past.

This is totally the opposite of what you're doing, which is fuckall. You just moan and bitch under every thread he appears in -- unprompted.

The only thing at all relevant or helpful that you said was that OP should also lodge a complaint with Ask Gamblers. Other than that, you are doing more harm than good for OP's chances of getting a favorable resolution.

I agree in most case that Holy does a great job. No one is perfect and he's killing the OP's case. He said that the OP's brother took a bonus. I'm a player's advocate and right or wrong, will say what I think is best. He has no shot here but a great shot elsewhere. He did nothing wrong and will kill his case elsewhere if they think a brother took a bonus. Betfury could bring that type of stuff over even if untrue. The OP won't be able to rebut that type of thing because he'll get blindsided elsewhere.

Show me where I complain. XYes and Betfury are the only cases and holy is wrong. Someone needs to be on the player's side.
