I believe what's the major setback is that Bitcoin is banned in most Asian countries like China, North Korea, Taiwan and others, so you don't expect them to accept Bitcoin whereby their countries are against it. If would simply put them at rough edges with the government and that would be the last thing the businesses needs to thrive.

ASAP the ban is lifted, you'll see that they've instructed in place to integrate Bitcoin for payment option. The restriction is the only problem hindering actual integrations.

FitFor Shopee, they've branches in countries that accept Bitcoin, I think they could integrate Bitcoin payments for people in those countries. If Bitcoin comes into e-commerce, it would sound really good thoto the Bitcoin community and can foster more adoption since it's usability has expanded.
