When you receive a correction about your report, the right thing is going to edit the post and effect the changes to enable @Dirtykeyboard's engine to pick your report. If you don't, you wouldn't see your report on the table just like it's missing already.

It wasn't an attack sir but a self-inflicted  accidentally the machete i was using to cut a farm land got slip off from my hand and it landed on my knee cap.
It's a pity mate. Next time be more careful when handling sharp tools as it can easily get a person wounded before you realise yourself. We're glad to have you back here.

I had to do something different today even though I feel much better today after meeting up with my doctor yesterday and I took some antibiotics which calmed down the entire sick feeling before late night.

I did more leg works today with stair climbing taking larger part of the exercise with some few sit-ups. I did 100 pushups in 5 sets of 20 pushups. I think when we're not too fine, changing your exercise could also be of help like, reducing your pushups activity and increasing other exercises like jogging, running, hiking or stairs climbing.
