It would be reasonable to stop so that the emotions calm down, but if the desire to win back is stronger than common sense, then the deposit is replenished again, or maybe if there is money on the deposit, and you were going to stop earlier, but instead you continue to play further. Even if you need to stop, it is not always easy to do.

With my experience in the past, I know better now, i don't allow emotions to control me in gambling. If I allocate a certain amount for gambling, I don't deposit all that money at once, I divide that amount into two or three places and deposit just one portion and if I lose it just within a short period, I will take a break till next day or hours later. With that method, I have really learned how to control my emotions. I can spend all the first deposit, it doesn't matter but I won't make any deposit again till the next day or later on.

This can certainly be an effective strategy, everyone may have different strategies through which a gambler can control their emotions, but overall, there are relatively few gamblers who use any strategy to control their emotions, most gamblers gamble uncontrollably, due to which they often face big losses. Most people face big losses in gambling occasionally, because they cannot accept losses, so everyone must first develop a mindset of accepting losses, after which if they start gambling by using a control strategy, then they can definitely be able to control themselves.
