And in my opinion, those who lose their jobs and blame AI for the problem are among the foolish who refuse to strive to improve their existing skills and seek new skills. They forget that to survive and maintain a job and income, adaptation alone is not enough. They must truly improve their skills and discover new ones, becoming the people needed in the unstoppable advancement of technology and AI.

For now, AI is at a stage of "development" where it cannot replace highly professional jobs that require significant qualifications. But it can — and already does — replace job functions where everything follows the same template, with the same tasks repeated day after day. These jobs are usually held by people who are not used to fighting, adapting, or assimilating into new environments. That’s why calling on them to resist now, when AI is stepping on their toes and truly can replace them, is an effort unlikely to succeed. Because people, in general, are highly conformist and passive.

As AI technology advances, even highly professional jobs could be replaced by AI. Therefore, there's no reason to relax. We must start stepping out of our comfort zones and seeking new skills and expertise. We want to be among those who can leverage these technological advancements to gain an advantage.

Humans are naturally conformist, able to adapt to circumstances, but the reality is, many are unable to adapt to the rapid pace of development and technology and are ultimately swept away by it. Acceleration continues in every aspect, and to survive, we must stay one step ahead.
