Both, push up exercise is always Up and Down, Up and Down and it's been a while i went Up and Down but today a gave a try after a long time, i did 2 set this morning 1×20 and 1×15 while this evening before having my dinner i went for 3 set i target 30 push up in the first round second round i couldn't get to 30 but stop at 26 my muscles couldn't carry me that the initial number while I stop at 20 in the last round which was a total of 115 push up for today.
