In my view, placing new bets requires a clear mind, not belief in miracles. Or rather, being calm enough and not too emotionally invested in hoping for a big win. Still, for many people, that belief is exactly why they play. Some change their approach, others stick to their “trusted” methods — but both face the same thing: chance is stronger than expectations.
So as long as there's a sense of joy in the process, and an ability to control one's budget and not get in trouble with losing too much money, it's okay to do whatever feels right for a particular person. I don't think it affects the chances of winning, but it can improve one's mood and help focus on more positive moments, which is a win in my book.

If you win, good, if you lose, good too, with that little disappointment of not having won anything.

Gamblers should definitely try to understand these things, I never play with high expectations, because I know that the higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment. Although I gamble very rarely, I try to gamble as accurately as possible and with all the limits set, and no matter what the result is at the end of the game, I have no sadness or disappointment, I accept any result. However, other gamblers should also gamble with this reality in mind, gambling is a matter of luck, so there is no point in getting excited here, but getting excited and making the wrong decision here means only leading yourself towards disaster.
Expect the unexpected or lets say that you should be that be getting that used to when it comes to losing because this is where most gamblers do be able to experience and only a few could be able to get out specially if you arent that lucky enough then you would definitely be ending up on losing in the end of the day. Always consider out that the main reason on why we do gamble is that we do seek for fun and entertainment and not just that trying out to make money with it because if we are just that longing for us to make money with it then you are just that basically be that trying to show off that you are that being too greedy on which it do shows that you might be that becoming addicted into it sooner or later. Its best that you should be knowing about into your limitations and on the actions that you would be needing up to do. Never ever trying out to beat up the house because once you do have this kind of mentality then it will be having that kind of probability that you can mess up your life when it comes to finances.
Strategies are just that good for longing up the game or the duration and its not something that will give out assurance about profitability.
Changing up strategy for you to win then it wont be that bad to have such approach but make it sure that you are that testing out for your curiosity and if you do able to prove out that it doesnt work that way then you should be that having that realistic approach and act accordingly on which you do seem that it would be sensible things to do. What matter most on here is that you do need up to have that enjoyment on using up these strategies but at the time or moment that you do become that you've been aiming for money then you would be pushing yourself on using up these strategies and if it turned out to be non working then you would be that frustrated with that on which this could be that reason on why you do become impulsive.
