I completed 200 push-ups early in the day today. I have a lot of work during the day, I'm very tired in the evening and I don't feel like doing it. Maybe this will become my new routine.
Bitcoin is going strong and altcoins are also following. I like it better when they rise slowly like this instead of all of a sudden pump for no reason.

Better to rush down to the floor because we never know how busy today or the next day would be at our various work place, well is good you did your 200 push up before rushing out for work. I like it better whenever I do the push up in the morning than evening time, using the night period to rest but it depends on which one we like either in the morning or the evening period.

I wake up and get ready to do push-ups. I go outside after doing push-ups in the morning for a walk. I walk outside for 30 to 40 minutes. Then I come back to my house and after eating I go to work. I go for a walk again in the evening after eating which helps me sleep better at night.
Today I completed a total of 80 push-ups in four sets.

Yes, I prefer doing that in the morning and I remembered when one of those guys we call our senior back then, after eating in the evening he was doing his push up and he was saying that's the best time so that the food wouldn't be able to push out his stomach like the muscles in his stomach (packs) would take that form of his stomach, like the food won't have that force to push the stomach out and I never understood all he said until I attempted it, bro ..I almost throw up all I ate before my mum said is not good to do such after eating. Since it became a memory and after all I knew about eating and working out and when to do it I always laugh when I remember that incident.
If you'd like to so any exercise in the evening I think aftee eating your dinner is best to take a walk but not immediately, a little space and take a walk to help digest the food so that you can sleep properly.
