A feature request was posted in April, and now there's a PR containing changes to implement BIP352 to Electrum (for Desktop).

It's great to see Silent payments are finally coming to Electrum wallet!
Somehow I missed this post last time I checked this topic.

FYI, it's always been available in their integrated plugin list since v2.0 (2015)

Have you ever used it?
I don't think I ever tried any Electrum wallet plugins.
What I am hoping to see in future is something like Joinmarket plugin.
