Yes, it did end terribly. Let's all be honest. The move of their
Starboy to the team did not magically solve all their problems and actually made them worse. Leclerc now it seems is getting frustrated aswell. He probably feels he got pushed to the side as first driver when Hamilton arrived. Although I think he has more points than Lewis at this point since he did podium a few races ago from what I recall.
Ferrari's problem was never the pilots, there was a way bigger gap between Sainz and Leclerc than Lecrec and Hamilton, and turns out the gap was actually the opposite, there was no way Hamilton would just start winning GP after GP for Ferrari out of the blue. Ferrari needs to stop doign a lot of things their way and adapt, but again, there are one of the few top teams that really make it look way harder than it is, Mercedes, RB, McLaren, all fo them could sprang a new car and better car in a year, with Ferrari they take their sweet time to finally hit the jackpot.
Setting aside bias or love for teams, we have to agree that the much hyped sp-25 was a flop!
