It is not under development. A few pages of the website require updating like About and Sponsor. Players pay to participate in the pool. The winners receive a share of the funds held in the escrow. It increases if we find a sponsor. We are working to complete the entry fees and prizes info section. Players can enter for free to compete against others for fun but they will not win any prizes.

From what I've seen, the site is still under development. What exactly is the entry fee for? While it's still under development, we should assume it's only available for testing. Or is it already available for real play?
