What happened:: Played on Betcoin, lost and won bunch of sportbook live bets. Decided to withdraw my LTC but it was undergoing a review after I initiated a support request via chat. I verified via KYC and since then have been dancing around trying to get a proper answer to finish the withdrawal. They advised on July
8th7th it should take 10 Business days to 'finish the review'.
I sent a few follow ups but during the 10th business day they simply said 'it is still undergoing review' without any further input on if there is a problem. There is no transparency and I'm getting worried they're just seizing my funds with no answer in sight. Feels like my previous experience with nitrobetting a few months ago.
Not sure where I can go next but
to just be aware. I might be done with crypto betting at this point. Be wary of this site, I thought it was reputable enough despite some positive input on this forum.
