Very well he likely be turned down, but in this situation bc game team are the only one that have the final say and he should contact them ASAP and also tag a few of them on this thread to call their attention and see what and how they can help the player.,

Or maybe he can PM the BC.game campaign manager in the forum to assist him reach the support team. They will give a fast attention to a CM regarding this but doesn't mean the CM will make things any different from what the casino decision might be here.
