It’s simple to answer his question to avoid prolong discussion. Provide here screenshots of the resolution of BC to freeze your account.
I’m sure you received notification through email or do contact the support about your issue and answer you with response quoting part of the ToS.
That is the evidence everyone asking from your side since all your post is just pure text coming from you. Provide screenshots that you are being ignored like you message support but no response at all for a long time.
Like i said initially, i have received zero communication. No email, absolutely nothing. I have checked spam. They blocked me on Telegram, and all i did there was ask why my account was frozen.
The only way i can attempt to communicate is via some live chat type box on the home page but they either reply saying 'how can i help' and then never reply, or more recently they just don't even bother replying whatsoever.
I will post an image below showing where i am at right now, and that is where they don't even reply.
This is enough to guarantee that you are not getting an attention to your concern. Recently, BC encounter a lot of issue related to account freeze and KYC problem.
I don’t want to judge them since we don’t know what evidence they are holding to come up with that decision. But they need to give explanation on their action.
