IIrik11, I imagine you're applying for the Hindi language? I'm sorry to inform you that after a recent voting we're asking for a minimum rank of Full Member to join the Alliance.

The only exception is when there is a Main translator and both agree with the rules in this post. @M47AK16, please, let us know if you want to apply the exception, or we'll wait until IIrik11 reaches the rank of Full Member.
