Most times, payment is always in USDT or Bitcoin because one is stable coin while the other is volatile coin. It all depends on the agreement between the both parties in the mode of payment.
If the wallet to be recovered contains Bitcoin, you should not expect to pay the fee in another coin except their is agreement with the service owner.
