You have talked to your team, but they have not responded. You need to improve your customer service. Otherwise, it will hamper your project. If your team does not resolve common issues quickly, customers will turn away from your project, which will not be beneficial for your project.
Your team must always be ready to resolve not only AHOYBRAUSE's issues but also all future issues that may arise. To be fair, it was not an issue per se, it just took WAY too long with almost no communication about it. Yesterday actually somebody reached out but the actual VIP transfer offer is sub par, to say the least. I have seen/gotten WAY better offers at other sites. I mean 10% deposit bonus, increased weekly/monthly and so on and a 10% loss lack, that's basically nothing, right? I get 15% loss back on stake already, while having better bonuses in there as well. And 10% depo bonus is not worth mentioning as well.
If they actually want players to switch sites they should revise this because THIS offer will make nobody excited to move.
Also, while having gotten this offer, my VIP level is still displayed as rock (the lowest level), so I'm not even sure if it was added or not.
