Exactly. It isn’t just for the rich nor for the poor, but it’s certainly for everyone who wants to have an access. And the good thing about it is, you don’t have to come from a rich country to own bitcoin, simply there are no restrictions on buying bitcoin, you just have to be responsible when you decide to buy and hold it.

I can see that the domain you mentioned is probably haven’t updated their rules and restrictions, otherwise they will lose potential clients if they continue doing so.
