This must have been long awaited by Bitcoin holding supporters because such news is definitely positive for Bitcoin.

I have heard that there might be an announcement of having bought bitcoin at that time or of the plan to buy it in budget neutral ways but it doesn't quite add up for me because of the "buy with the rumor sell the news". If true I think we would have seen another ath recently.
