Ok, I admit I laughed at this today. I got the notification yesterday via TG Bot and it shows partial message about chicken, but I was busy with IRL matters [weekend is good-uncle-holy time] and I popped only to update my overdue list.
@holydarkness when you do see this and talk with your contact why don't you mention how shitty their support is and tell them to get a damn clue and fix their system. At this point they should be paying you a weekly wage as you are basically their fucking support.
They've been notified... about the KYC. Not the other thing.

Jinal2820, I understand correctly you failed six times, or perhaps more, on uploading necessary document? I've inquired to my contact about what was wrong with your submitted document. I'll see if I can get them to give you another shot of KYC.
