Have used free walet sine 2020 and they say they added this inactive fee in 2022 and did not send me an email and they say they Don't have to because the changed text on website, and they have unclear wording that may or may not allow it :

And the only way to sue them is through Indonesian arbratation the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration ("BANI Arbitration Center") , the Arbitration would be under Indonesian law and not sure if under Indonesian law they can do this or not.

Do you think it's worth it to file an arbratation case?

This is as if today. They'll just keep moving around when the complaints start coming. I'll report them anyway, we might get our money back.
