Polymarket may not offer that option the way you put it, there are different ways they can list it which I'm not sure though. This type of trade is offered as binary option in many platforms. You can check TradeRush and Deriv which will give you exactly what you are looking for but you should do some research yourself before going ahead to make deposit.

Never heard about such platforms and never put bets on such things specifically, but it's interesting too.
