​They stated that my account reactivation request has been declined because "your account has been flagged as compromised, meaning that unauthorized access has occurred." They mentioned this decision was made with my security in mind.
​I find this explanation quite perplexing. My only action leading up to the account block was a legitimate attempt to withdraw my own funds. I have no knowledge or indication of any unauthorized access. This is the first direct response I've received in six months, and it still doesn't offer any concrete solution for accessing my held funds or provide specific evidence of this alleged compromise.
​I've already asked them for specific details or evidence of this "unauthorized access" and a viable path forward to either reactivate my account or retrieve my funds.
