North Korea's democracy is unlike any other democracy in the world. Your post mentions a point where citizens in their country cannot participate in gambling, yet citizens in their country are making billions of dollars by creating illegal gambling websites and supplying them to South Korea. So which democracy are you going to put this in?
North Korea is one of the strangest countries on earth where you will find nothing in common. The citizens of the country have no way of acting outside the words of the president. So comparing North Korea's democracy with the democracies of other countries in the world is not going to provide a solution for now.
North Korea is not a democratic nation. The Kim family has been ruling the country since 1948. And the current ruler Kim Jong Un is an autocrat who rules the country with an iron fist.
