Well that money can't waste in there, and for that reason alone, I'll be more than willing to provide my detains to claim that money. But that doesn't really mean I'm abating underage gambling.

I agree money shouldn't waste in there when it can be used for other things especially when it's a big win I personally don't see anything wrong in claiming the money not because I am in support of underage gambling but for other financial reasons. After claiming the money then the child will face the consequences of being disobedient to go on to gamble and also I will take necessary actions to see that he never gambles again till he is of age and also trace back to how he got to know of it and make sure he never repeat such again.

Children can't be responsible for their actions yet so that why they shouldn't be allowed to gamble because I don't think they can handle the emotions and pressure and gamble responsibly. I am sure gambling bodies thought about it too before considering to restrict them from participating in it so somethings are better left the way they are. My advice is for you to discourage any underage gambling.
