I woke up this morning weak and tired but I was able to do my daily push up and since the first day that I joined this thread that is when I took my push up exercise serious and I have been seeing some development on my arms, muscles and body system, and also my body has become lighter and free, that I can move my body in any direction freely, I was able to do 20 pushups in three sets.

It is normal to feel tired but you should not stop, definitely continue and you will see that you will feel much better after a few days. I did not realize that you can see so many changes in your body so soon, but wait for a month and continue some exercises including push ups, I hope you will see more changes in your body and your body will feel much fitter. But gradually increase the push ups, try to complete 100 in a few sets.

I completed push-ups in the morning. I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets today. However, I take Sunday off every week and rest.
