Some gamblers might be discouraged with that and might just do some other things aside from gambling.

But the real gamblers will still be committed in finding some areas where they can gamble, physically or online.

It would be right if a country's government bans gambling, then as a good citizen, we should obey that ban.
But we humans have always preferred to go against the rules and at the same time try to do whatever we want as an individual. And that is why we see that even after the ban on gambling, people are gambling in various ways.

The same thing is happening in my country, people are accessing gambling sites using various proxies or VPNs, and our government is also unable to ban so many gambling sites.
