It may sound negative but this scenario is entirely possible as bitcoin has increased significantly since 2024 and this is also considered the longest bull run ever. So while we remain optimistic, there is nothing wrong with lowering expectations because bitcoin cannot rise forever.

In my opinion, it is not difficult for Bitcoin to reach a new ATH because just increasing by $1 or $10 is considered reaching a new ATH, but whether Bitcoin can reach $150k before the bull run ends is still a question mark.

I won't compare because bitcoin and gold are different. Gold is a safe haven, not a speculative asset like bitcoin, and gold's market capitalization is 10 times that of bitcoin. So it is no surprise that it cannot increase in price quickly and generate huge profits. If bitcoin one day reaches a market cap of $5 or $10 billion, the same will happen to bitcoin.
