. Last season was a tight one for Sporting & Benfica. After a tough run, Sporting finally achieved their goal. Perhaps this new season will see just those two teams competing fiercely. There are two new names this season, they're Tondela & Alverca. I don't have high hopes for either of these teams, as I suspect they'll only be in the bottom half of the table by the end of season.

If there were few or no major changes, the trend is for the final to be a rematch between Benfica and Sporting. Who knows, maybe Benfica will get a win now. It will be interesting to see how they perform at the start of the season.
