This is interesting but being focused on telegram exclusively sounds more like a restriction and point of failure sooner or later.
Just recently Telegram blocked all political/social channels from the middle east for the rest of the world.
Who's to say they won't crack down on gambling soon too?
A website is harder to block and also easier to use and understand for most people, also offering more versatility.

launch phasestarting stage, since it's fast, easy to use, and already offers all the features we need: voting, discussion, and information distribution.
Telegram is just the first layer of interaction, not the final one.
