That is why I think that more channel of communication should be open and they all should be responding fast because we live in a time where communication has been made easier through social media, so a company rep should be stationed here to address all the questions and worries of potential client, they should also open other faster means of communication, like Whatsapp and telegram, because in a service like this, the experience of others that has done business with them before plays an important role if more customers are going to come or not, so what am trying to say is that if keychainx respond fast to any questions ask, and they are very efficient as they claimed, and the clients that has worked with them in the past can attest to that, it will be easier to convince more people that their services is good, but if they aren't doing things right especially now that they don't have the full confidence of the community, most client will see keychainx as a bullet dodge honestly.
Maybe that is the reason why the team is trying as much to be active here since they are only different social media.
All we care about is fast response so those that are still having skepticism about their service can ask questions and seek for feedback before they will lose interest in the service. Clients are always happy when they make enquiries and response is given to them quickly but not to wait for weeks or days before responding to inquiries that had been made for over few days when their are services offering the same solution.
