I want to comment the article, they value the most countries are gambling using the amount spent in gambling which is incorrect, that's why all developing countries are on the list. They should value based on total gamblers/total populations, although countries who forbid gambling can't be tracked even though there are so many gamblers in those countries.

The article may have only found data from countries where gambling is legal because all the other countries are only gambling secretly or in underground. But I still also think that countries definitely should legalize gambling instead of restricting it and making it impossible to track gambling activities.
