I wonder why you still don't have a web application and only focus on android and IOS.
This should have been the company's natural development since 2023, partcipating to the growth. It's like stopping yourself to evolve.

I don't think it's due to a lack of time or resources, or even less that you're stopped with the SRO or anything else.
I know mobile phones are popular but the web is not only about android and IOS.

Don't think of it as criticism, or think of it as constructive criticism, but don't be shy about looking ahead for the good of the company.
I really think you're missing out on a big part of the market.
