If the government has no guidelines and restrictions on promotions, expect the number of addicts to soar.

I always feel resentful for poor people who cannot change their lives because of the chained circumstances that force them to constantly spend their entire salary on living, without putting anything aside, and therefore, having no prospect of changing their lives for the better.
And among them there are often those who believe that gambling is a great way to change their lives, and such people motivate themselves by listening and watching stories about the same people who managed to win the lottery or casino.
