I just read this is an academy, apparently a CUBO+ program committed to teaching young talented people the fundamentals of Bitcoin in depth and dedicated, state-of-the-art details. I read that to join CUBO+, you need to go through a selection process (test & interview). The program is paid (around USD 2,000), but there are full scholarships for selected participants. And Elsalvador also has a scholarship program. I don't know if their academy has an officially recognized certification or not. But it seems like the vision of the academy is good.

Its a states run educational program so the academy certification is been acknowledge by their educational system.

CUBO+ is a government backed with real world credibility value that's why that seven men transfer to Lugano Switzerland happened. They see those students will graduate under this program would became an elite level developers that's why its amazing to see this kind of nice innovative courses offered by El Salvador to their young generations.

Curious to see more developments will happen and hope their plans towards making El Salvador's economy and people would succeed in future.
