Most of these cases can be settled in hours instead of weeks.

I have been seeing this nonsense for a while now. Why don't you take over and start handling cases and fixing them in an hour or maybe five seconds? You are acting like a leashed dog who barks every time someone appears in front of it. But stop barking once the owner unleashes it. You should stop commenting in scam accusation threads and blaming people. If you want to offer help, please proceed and assist the victims.

Then it seems you should be paid in full since there’s no advantage to opening more than one account.
Fucking insane. So you are encouraging people to violate the casino rules, right? I am sure you are not going to take liabilities if people take your suggestions. If multiple accounts are flagged and the casino refuses to pay, you cannot get your money.
I’m a playersplayer’s advocate and these cases are easy. The casino accuses a player of breaking a rule. Holy asks the rule broken. Then the player refutes the claim. Proof is given to holy and he makes a decision.

Everyone else does it this way. Don’t go outside of the accusation. If you do, then you are taking a side. Most of these books are crooks, don’t help them.

If rule 10.5 is claimed to be broken, as an example, you don’t read the whole ToS looking to find something. If someone breaks a law you don’t go through every country and city law looking to find another law broken. The prosecutor does that.

Most cases are more difficult so I’m only vocal on the easy ones.
