I'm sure it won't be easy task to registed him. The only possible thing that they can use the backdoor by using their player injury to register him, but the problem is who? They don't have injured player in Rashford's position.

Classical problem every season facing by Barcelona when registering new player, after success signing Marcus Rashford from Manchester United with loan waiting how progress registering success or not for him make debut at the first or La Liga opening match. Usually Barcelona always have problem with new player signing and remember well last season Dani Olmo have absent several matches after getting problem with registering.

Barcelona must looking other way how to register Marcus Rashford by cutting of salary several players, any injury players or waiting La Liga fair play regulation. I believe Barcelona's management have ready for solution about Marcus Rashford registering and can play at the opening La Liga match, in other side the rival team Real Madrid always easily for registering new players and this season have signed four players look not getting problem for playing at the opening La Liga match.

Like i said, Barcelona has no choice other than sell one of their player to create empty spot for Rashford. Impossible for them to register him at this moment because they may be violated FFP if it happens. They can't also use the backdoor like when they register Olmo for temporary.
However, it's not a proble for Rashford consider he will still receive his salary even when he's only warming the bench. Cheesy
