With Raphinha on the left wing, he won't easily take that spot from him. He'll either come off the bench or starts in the rotation. On the right there's Yamal and up front there's Lewa, so there aren't many openings left for Rashford.
Raphinha had an almost flawless season last year. If we assume there will be around 60 matches in the season, Rashford will definitely get his chances, but I don't think he'll be a guaranteed starter right away. He must have come knowing that.
