I got somebody else the messaged me, I will check first what he has to say.
If you can get Revolut, it will be easier to find someone from your friends circle and make a trade, or from here. Plus that you can buy through them any crypto, at least the major ones. Although their fees are higher than usual exchangers. You can also check Bestchange and Kyknot; they might have some other options available.

The thing is, when I register at like Revolut or whatever, I still gotta enter my Japanese address I think, even my EU passport has been issued here cause the old one expired a while back. So there might be restrictions yet again when I will use that new card.

To be fair, my friends circle isn't into crypto, especially in Europe. It some were I would have asked there. Too bad.
