Yes, the effect are just the same for all addicts which I think is what you mean as everyone, which means everyone that is addicted to gambling. They will use all their money on gambling before they will realize the consequences that money management will bring up on them.

Self-control is not difficult in anything you are doing that is related to money unless you just want to be greedy. Greediness is the main thing that is affecting the addicted gamblers. They want to look for money from where there is no money, but also from where they can lose money.
