I just realised that I reported in error and @Dirtykeyboard couldn't pick it as I omitted the number of days. This is supposed to be a 4 days report but I omitted 22/07/2025 due to the stressful night journey I embarked the previous night, spend 13 hours on the road after missing my flight. Even though I still managed to do some pushups, I couldn't step out to face the stairs. So this is for, 20, 21 and 23.
I have also edited my previous report.
