I had a nice experience with Swapuz recently that I want to share here.
I have made about 10 exchanges in Swapuz already, all of them were fine.
One of my last exchanges could not be processed, and I saw this screen, requesting KYC. (my coins have high AML, from an old mixer)
I immediately opened a live chat support. They suggested a refund (didn't require any KYC).
After a few minutes, I got my coins back.
They told me reason was that they didn't have their own liquidity for the coin I asked for. They suggested me to use USDT/USDC in ERC-20 or native SOL token.
I sent the same coins back and got a successfull exchange.
