Since now this is a custodial entity an all that jazz how do I get my 1700 XRP out of a wallet address I no longer have access to thanks to advancements in technology?

edit: the 1000 XRP came from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=145506.0 now as far as wallet that was used it
