Lol the money moves to government  through taxation and then vanishes while they continue to tax everyone  all together     doesn't  matter if less-privilege or rich . Normally, taxation wasn't  meant to benefit the less-privilege only, it benefits  the country at large but yeah it should benefit them the more because the rich can find a means to get those resources /services...
Besides, not only the less-privilege gambles/bets on casino( although the rate is more compared  to the rich) so the  it's  not like everything comes  from the less privilege to the casino, it's mutual..
