I'm not sure it's the clearest. They didn't process your order because your coins had a high AML score or because they didn't have enough liquidity for the other coin you wanted to swap to?
They said they didn't proccess because they do not have their own liquidity, so they needed to call a third party and perform harder AML tests.
Also, did you previously (any of those 10 orders) place a similar order, same currency and coins from the same address?
Yes. I used coins from the same address in previous transactions. I also send the same coins they reject a few hours later, exchanging for other coins
They just rejected for the second time coins from that address. BTC > USDC (erc-20)
I believe there aren't strict rules, and whatever they decide to reject/accept depends on the person on the live chat at the time
