In my case, I lose a lot and win a lot too. I think of my previous win when I lose to make it just breakeven and never bother on my current loss.

The thing on gambling is we will likely lose more than win so we should focus on the positive side and accept what is loses once it’s expected.

You can only have fun on gambling if you focus only your win and forget your losses. I rarely count my total PnL outcome.
The problem is that sometimes people lose way too much, an amount so important to them that they can't forget. Some people gamble with thousands of dollars when they earn 1/5 of that every month. So it's very hard to forget that you lost several months of work.

My first commandment is that I only gamble what I can lose, because odds mean I will probably lose money some time, and I don't want to feel like my life is ruined because of this. Many people think losing is impossible and that lucky is by their side, so risking everything is ok. I'm not fine with that thinking.

There are some gamblers who try to keep their gambling spirit even after losing. They try to console themselves by thinking of gambling as fun at that time. Although a small number of people may accept gambling as fun, in most cases gambling is considered as an easy way to earn money. When a gambler loses, he gambles again in an attempt to win money in the next bet. That is why I think gamblers can continue their gambling by considering the possibility of winning money again as a stimulus. In this way, even if a gambler loses in gambling, he can enjoy gambling.
Thinking that gambling is an easy way to earn money is the best way to failure. Hope people learn that before they lose a big amount of money.
