Good point, cause one who thinks long-term has made up their mind to be patient and determined to hodl for as long as possible till they achieve their target, ònce someone has built such mindset then there's no need for panic or getting misled by obstacles like Fuds, Dip etc. Every investor should understand that there's no bitcoin investment journey without volatility, the market is moved by demand and supply so it would definitely occur and investors who already know that fact would use the volatility to their advantage, I mean seeing the dip as an opportunity to buy more. Those who trace back to the history of Bitcoin are bound to succeed while investing on it cause it would teach them to remain committed and apply the right steps and approach in building their portfolio.

We all have our different aims of buying Bitcoin and it will determine how and when everyone of us can be willing to sell. For the specific purpose of this thread and discussion we are focusing on buying and hodl, if this is the strategy of any holder it means that they should be thinking long term. The essence of hodling Bitcoin is for long term and that should be the focus of determined holders, they shouldn't have regrets when they buy and price dips, they should understand that Bitcoin has the potentials to recover, rally and reach ATH.

Let every dip be an opportunity to accumulate more Bitcoin, if any investor can boost their accumulation funds let them buy more, this is what smart investors do. In this regard pump and dump becomes a win win advantages to smart investors. When price dip they can increase their stash, when price pumps they're in profit.

Absolutely true. The main purpose of this thread and discussion is to buy and hodl, for decades or a longer period of time. But why most person sell is when they don’t have a steady source of income, and some persons sell due to volatility, thereby panicking, but forgetting that bitcoin is unpredictable as a volatile asset. As such, anyone who sells of his bitcoin due to panic is not an investor.

Anyone who understands the bitcoin investment should rather see it as an opportunity to accumulate more bitcoins, knowing too well that it will reach ATH. Also one of the reasons why using Dollar cost averaging method is advisable because it will reduce the risk of volatility and enable one hodl for a long term
