Well, it is kinda disappointing that the wager wasn't counted as promised. But I am not sure if you should expect compensation from them. Even if you do and they refuse to compensate you, it still doesn't fall under a scam. They admit that there was an issue on their website. The best they could have done is increase your wager, or offer you some kind of bonuses to make you happy. But I won't say they scammed you.
I am also curious when you noticed that the wager wasn't counting. I think you should have checked earlier if everything had worked well while you were wagering. The stake representative is not active here. I am not sure if you can expect an answer here from them.

I get what you're saying, and I appreciate the perspective — but I still think it's fair to call this a scam-like experience, even if it wasn’t intentional.
Yes, they admitted the issue and apologized, but that doesn’t change the fact that:
- They advertised a promotion that wasn’t working
- I made decisions and deposited based on that promise
- I lost real money because of it
And they refused to make it right, even with a gesture like a bonus
You're right -- maybe “scam” is a strong word. But when a platform benefits financially from their own mistake, and leaves the user to absorb the loss, it starts to feel like one, intentional or not.
As for checking earlier — fair point. But you also don’t expect a global platform to roll out a promo and not even check if it’s functioning properly. That’s on them.
