No matter the salary one earn, always have little no matter how small it is. Saving is a culture, if you can not save at your level you can not save when you have plenty. so no matter the circumstance, keep little for raining days. Even business people, do save before putting it into business, when you save and you meet your target you the money to invest in business, do not save to spend it later, that is bad.
